This visa allows you to stay in Australia to study full-time in a recognised education institution. You must applied for and been accepted to study in a registered full-time course at an educational institution in Australia and to organised appropriate welfare arrangements for the duration of your intended stay in Australia if you are under 18 years of age.
- Student visa subclass 500you
To be eligible for an Employer Sponsored Visa, a business must first demonstrate its commitment to fulfil a contractual obligation, to sponsor temporary overseas employees.
- Subclass 457 Temporary Business (Long Stay) Visa
This classification allows a business to sponsor skilled employees for between 3 months and 4 years
- Subclass 186 Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS)
This visa allows a business to sponsor an applicant for permanent residency in metropolitan areas of Australia.
- Subclass 187 Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS)
This visa allows a business to sponsor an applicant for permanent residency in regional areas of Australia.
To meet this requirement an applicant must have completed one or more degree, diploma or trade qualification for award by an Australian educational institution as a result of at least two academic years study in Australia. The study must have been completed in a total of no less than 16 calendar months on a visa that allowed study. It allows you to live and work in Australia as a permanent resident.

If you are currently own a business in your country or have a proven investment portfolio, you may be eligible for a Business Skills Visa. Applicants must show proof of business ownership or a successful investment portfolio. They must also show that they are committed to setting up business in Australia and that the expected turnover meets minimum required benchmarks.
Once a successful applicant sets up a business in Australia, they may then go on to apply for permanent residency.
